I've used this starter twice, and both times it has worked spectacularly. I store it in the freezer, and when I need it I pull it out, take a rounded teaspoon and put it back in the freezer. I incubate at 88-90 degrees fahrenheit for 30 hours. I've never used the bag incubation method, I have a temperature controlled water bath with a hotel pan holding the mixture in a cambro food carrier. This starter sporulates nicely at about 28-30 hours.
